The majority of the coaching we offer you is telephone coaching whether it be for business coaching to develop and area of your business or personal coaching to work on an area of your life . 

Face to face coaching is available on request to corporate organisations, please note that the client will also meet reasonable traveling and accomodation costs.

The investment rate for the telephone or face-to-face coaching will vary depending on the service required, number of sessions, length of contract, number of coachees. (A 1-to-1 coaching session is generally 45 minutes to 1 hour).

I work with a limited number of clients on a programme basis, and never do back to back sessions.

You will never be coached by me jaded from an earlier session. 

If you want to move forward with your life or business you will be expected to sign up to a six session programme per coachee, which includes email support.

The sessions will be most effective if taken on a weekly / fortnightly basis, this maintains your motivation between sessions and provides greater results.

Telephone coaching is very effective, you call me on my office coaching land line number (only provided to clients) at an agreed time for the session. You will need to be in a quiet room / private office space free from distractions.
